Behavior change coaching is about letting YOU make the decision on what needs to change, we do this using a very simple structure which looks like this: We ask open questions. We listen carefully to your challenges and discomforts whilst reflecting with you to create awareness.

I will help you clarify your health, nutrition, and/or fitness priorities, values, and goals; Together we will identify skills, practices, that sustainable daily actions for achieving your goals; and support you every step of the way.
